The Problem
Pet owners face the difficulty of ensuring their pets receive enough playtime and exercise due to time constraints in their day
Traveling owners needing someone to care for their pets while they are away
Pets that need special care from professionals
New pet owners seeking additional assistance in training their pets
Background Research
During my research for the brand, I navigated through the app and identified user pain points and areas that can be improved.

Deliverables
A five-tab navigation menu in the app highlights the sections most relevant to the user.
Navigation Menu
Previously users had to sign up right away to use the app, often causing frustration. The rebrand offers a more friendly approach, letting users browse before deciding to create an account.
Onboarding
Searching for a walker was made easier by shifting from swipe-through profiles to a simplified list view.
